A multi-site early learning nonprofit

The situation

The organization was expanding. New program sites had to open on a fixed timeline, fully equipped and compliant, while the existing sites kept running as normal.

What I changed

Replaced scattered to-do lists with one readiness roadmap covering procurement, resources, logistics, staffing, and the learning environment.
Gave every piece of that roadmap an owner and a date.
Coordinated procurement and logistics, hiring and onboarding, and learning-space setup.
Built a standard onboarding system so each new site started the same way.

Outcome

The expansion ran from one readiness plan with clear owners, and the organization kept a standard onboarding system it could reuse for later sites.
